ドライアド(英語。希語：ドリュアス)：ギリシア神話に登場する木の精霊。
その名のとおり、Grass Seedsや、Purification Powderなど植物関連のアイテムを販売してくれる。
ちなみに年齢は500歳である。

出現条件：


近くに敵がいるとDryad's Blessingを唱え、他の住民を守る。
プレイヤーやNPCにはdefenceを+8、触れてきた敵にダメージを与えることができるようになる。
敵には僅かながらスリップダメージを与える。

固有のコマンド「Status(ステータス)」にて、ワールド内の不浄、真紅、聖域の占める割合をそれぞれ教えてくれる。
ハードモード突入後に隔離がきちんと機能しているかを検知する手掛かりとなる。
Ver1.4.4より追加された実績「And Good Riddance!」を解除するにはワールドに存在する汚染環境（不浄、真紅、聖域）をすべて消す必要があるが、
Rod of Harmony.png Rod of Harmony・Terraformer.png Terraformer・Biome Sight Potion.png Biome Sight Potionがあれば浄化して回りやすくなる。
Biome Sight Potionを使うなら、効果が5分間しか持続しないので多めに用意しておいた方がいい。
浄化する場合はGreen Solution.png Green Solutionがお勧め（WhiteなどでもできるがGreenでないと浄化出来ないブロックが存在する）
実績を解除するだけなら、新規でSmallのワールドを作ってそこを浄化するのが手っ取り早い。
ちなみに実績が解除されるタイミングは、浄化が完了した時ではなくDryadにStatusを聞いたときである。

プレイヤーがインベントリにJoja Cola.png Joja Colaを持っているとJoja Colaを見せるように言ってくる。
ここでホットバーでJoja Colaにカーソルを合わせて再度話しかけると、選択肢に「Purify (浄化)」が追加される。
これを選択することで、Joja Colaと引き換えにStardrop.png Stardropを手に入れることができる。
Joja ColaはFishing Powerがゴミアイテム3種Old Shoe.pngTin Can.pngSeaweed2.pngを釣れるくらい低い時に稀に釣れるので、欲しいなら根気強く釣ろう。

    • 他のNPCへのDryad's Blessingによる防御力ボーナスが、通常（Classic）で6から10、エキスパートで10から15、マスターで14から20に増加。
    • Queen Slime、Duke Fishron、Empress of Lightの撃破時、Dryad's Baneのダメージがそれぞれ15%上昇するようになった（他のハードモードボスと同様）。
    • いつでも全種類のPlanter Boxを販売するようになった。（以前は、DaybloomはKing Slime、BlinkrootはEye of Cthulhu、DeathweedはEater of Worlds/Brain of Cthulhu、MoonglowはQueen Bee、WaterleafとShiverthornはSkeletron、FireblossomはWall of Fleshの撃破後にそれぞれ販売されていた。）
    • ハードモード前でもPotted Forest/Jungle Cedar、Tree、Palm、Bambooを販売するようになった。以前はこれらはハードモード限定だった。
    • VampirismとWorld is infectedの両方が存在する世界のハードモード前において、通常のTorchesに加え、その世界の汚染バイオームに対応したCorruptまたはCrimson Torchを販売するようになった。
  • 1.4.0.1: CorruptおよびCrimson Grass Wall、Flower Seeds、Potted Treesを販売するようになった。また、Graveyardバイオームにいる間、Corruptionの世界ではCrimson Seedsを、Crimsonの世界ではCorrupt Seedsを販売するようになった。
