キノコバイオームに生えるキノコやキノコの木から採取できる。
採取後はブロックとしても設置できる。

回復系のポーションの材料になる他、Shroomite Barは遠距離武器に大きなボーナスを与える防具 Shroomite Armorの素材となる。

ちなみにGlowing Mushroomから作れる家具のうち、照明類は青い光を放つ特徴がある。ペンキを塗った場合、塗られた色で光る。
