Secret world seeds- シークレットワールドシードとは、入力してワールドを生成すると通常とは異なるワールドになるシードのことです。Special world seedsとは異なり、シークレットワールドシードはワールド生成メニューに表示されず、シード入力欄に手動で入力する必要があります。シークレットワールドシードは、互いに組み合わせることも、すべてのSpecial world seedsと組み合わせることも可能です。
- シードは、大文字・小文字やスペースの有無に関係なく入力できます。
- 英数字以外の記号はゲーム側で無視されるため、beammeup、bEam-me_Up、beam me up はすべて有効です。以下の一覧では、読みやすさのために単語ごとに区切っています。
- シークレットワールドシードは35種類存在し、現状全てのコードが判明しています。

- オブジェクトが全て透明（Echo Coatingで塗装された状態）になっている
Coat everything illuminant

- オブジェクトが全てIlluminant Coatingで塗装された状態になっている
- あくまで塗装されてみているだけなので暗闇は暗闇のままになっている
- そのため暗闇による要素は通常通り発生する
No surface

- 地表が一切存在せずマップ上段から地下になっている
Extra living trees

- Living Treeが非常に高く大きく、そして根が深くなる
Extra floating islands

- Floating Islandsが多く生成される
Error world

- ワールドが基本設定を無視した形で生成されたり、
- 表示がバグったような形になる（実際にバグが発生しているわけではない）。
- 例えば地上にキノコバイオームが生成されたり、無関係なブロックが至る所に設置されたりする
Graveyard Blood Moon start

- 午後7:30かつBlood Moon状態でスタートする。
- Tombstoneが自然生成される
Surface is in space

- 地表が非常に高い場所（宇宙の近く）にできる
- Floating Islandsも生成される
Rains for a year

- 常に雨が降っている
Bigger abandoned houses

Vampirism

- 地表より上に上がるか、影から出ると日光に焼かれる（1ダメージを連続で受ける）など吸血鬼の要素が加わる
- 他にもいろいろな要素が存在する
Team based spawns
コード： royale with cheese
- チーム毎にスポーン位置が設定される
- シングルプレイの場合は通常通りスポーンする
Dual dungeons
コード： double daring dangers
- Dungeonが2つ生成されるが、通常のダンジョンではなく片方は石・汚染されたブロック・ジャングル要素で構成されたダンジョンを経由して通常のダンジョン、
- もう片方は雪・砂・聖域・ジャングル寺院で構成されている。
- 最深部であるダンジョン以外はSkeletronを倒さなくても入れるが、倒していない状態でダンジョンに到達するとDungeon Guardianが襲ってくる。
- ジャングル寺院も特に条件なく入ることができる。
- PC版とCS版・モバイル版でコードが違う
