Underground Jungleにて光っている植物を攻撃するとアイテム化して回収可能になる。

Jungle Armorの他、ジャングル装備の素材となる。
アイテム状態でも光る。
比較的手に入りやすいものの、Hardmode突入後にはもう作るようなものもないので、事実上ただの換金用アイテム。
余ったJungle Sporesは Jungle Hatにして売ってしまうと良い。
1.4.0.1から Void Vault、 Void Bagが作れるようになったので、多少は価値が上がったか？
