使用できる条件は、ノーマルモード・ハードモード関係無く夜の間（7:30 PM～4:30 AM）限定である
メカニカルボスを召喚する他のアイテムに 
Mechanical Worm・ファイル:Mechanical Skull.png Mechanical Skullがある。
「Get fixed boi」ワールドにおいては、召喚アイテムではなくファイル:Ocram's Razor.png Ocram's Razorの素材としてのみ機能する。
