コウモリフック (Terraria日本語化プロジェクト Wiki訳)
チェーン・フック部分のデザインが蝙蝠型になっている。かわいい。
ハロウィン期間（10/20～11/10）限定のレアアイテムの一つで、
Goodie Bagから1/151の確率で入手できる。
ゲーム中でも入手難易度の高いアイテムの一つだが、時期（もしくはPC時計）さえ合えば運次第で最序盤から手に入る可能性もある。
性能はGrappling Hookの純粋強化版で、フックは1本しか出せないがその射程はSpooky Hook・Christmas Hookに次いで長い。
また特筆すべき点として戻りの速度が非常に速く、キャラクターが引き寄せられている間にジャンプなどでキャンセルして慣性移動を行う際には
他のあらゆるフックを寄せ付けない移動性能を発揮する。
これを多用するプレイスタイルでは通常最上位フックとされるSpooky Hook・Christmas Hookよりも優先されることも。
