Ver1.3.1で追加された道具。
Actuatorを付けたブロックをこれで叩くと、Actuatorに信号が送られた時と同様に
そのブロックのオン/オフを切り替えることができる。
スマートカーソルに対応しており、射程ボーナス+20もついている。
Actuatorが付いていないブロックを叩いても何も起こらない。
Wireとスイッチの設置→起動→撤去の流れをこのアイテムひとつで代用できるようになり、とても便利。
