Hardmodeで出現する3体のボス、The Destroyer、The Twins、Skeletron Primeの総称。
Hardmodeに移行後のワールドで基本的に最初に戦うことになるボスである。
召喚アイテムを作成して夜間に使用するか、
Demon/Crimson Altar破壊後、毎夜10%の確率でメッセージとともに出現する。
ランダム出現の発生は
Eye of Cthulhu同様、該当ボスを1回撃破することで終了する。
また、討伐することでさまざまなフラグが立つ。

Hammushを販売し始める。
- Solar Eclipseが発生するようになる。
Red Devilと
Lava BatがThe Underworldに出現するようになる。
- Jungleの敵が
Yeletsをドロップするようになる。
Life FruitがUnderground Jungleに生成されるようになる。
Moss Hornetが
Tattered Bee Wingを、
Mothが
Butterfly Dustをドロップするようになる。
Traveling Merchantが
Code 2を販売開始する。
- Old One's Armyにおいてwave7まで到達出来るようになる。

Golemを討伐するまで出現しない)。
Tavernkeepが新たな召喚武器を販売開始する。
Strange Plantと交換できる染料が増える。
