Town Petの1種、Town Dogを呼ぶことができるアイテム。
Bestiaryを25％埋めることで
Zoologistから購入できる。
使用すると「The license teleports away to the dog delivery service...(ライセンスはイヌの配達サービスにテレポートします…)」と表示され、
他のTown Petが住んでいない住居がある場合、翌日の午前4時30分にTown Dogが引っ越してくる。人間のNPCとは同居可。
Town Dogに限らずTown Petは種類ごとに1匹しか呼べないが、
同じライセンスを再使用することで別種と入れ替えることができる。各種族ごとに全6種。
