道具 - 武器 - 防具 - 衣装 - 染料 - アクセサリー - ポーション類 - 雑貨 - 照明 - 作業台 - 家具類 - ブロック類 - 背景壁 - メカニズム
プレイヤーに様々なメリット（たまにデメリット）を与えてくれるアイテム。
大きく分けてライフやマナを回復できるアイテム、一時的な強化を得られるBuffアイテム、
さらにステータスを恒常的に上昇させるパワーアップアイテム、分類不明の4種が存在する。
ライフ回復、マナ回復、Buffアイテムはそれぞれショートカットキー（H、J、B）で即座に使用することも可能。
Piggy Bank等の拡張インベントリに入っている場合はショートカットは機能しないが、
開いた状態の
Void Bagの中であれば機能する。

[編集] 回復アイテム
ライフ回復を含むアイテムは使用時にデバフ効果:
Potion Sickness (ポーション酔い)を起こす。
60秒間ライフ回復アイテムが使用できなくなるので、連続で回復することはできない。
同様に、マナ回復を含むアイテムは使用時にデバフ効果:
Mana Sickness (マナ酔い)を起こして、5秒間魔法攻撃力が低下する。
1.2.4からライフ回復のショートカットキーでの優先度が「ライフを完全に回復できる場合は回復量の少ないもの」「そうでない場合は回復量の多いもの」「同じ条件のものが複数あればインベントリの左上から」となった。
ライフの量を確保したい時に
Mushroom等が邪魔になることがなく、また上位のポーションを使う必要ない場合は下位のものを使用する、と地味ながら嬉しい変更。
マナ回復のショートカットキーは以前と変わらず、左上から数えて1番目にあるマナ回復ポーションを使用するので、ライフ回復系と混同しないように注意。

[編集] Buffアイテム
様々なバフ効果を得ることができる。（AleとSakeのみデバフ効果）
フラスコを使用すると、近接武器で攻撃したときに敵に特定のデバフ効果を与える20分間のバフ効果を得る。
又、フラスコのバフ効果は死んでも持続する。
回復アイテムと違い、デバフ効果:Potion Sickness (ポーション酔い)は発生しない。
