プレイヤーに様々なメリット（たまにデメリット）を与えてくれるアイテム。
大きく分けてライフやマナを回復できるアイテム、一時的な強化を得られるBuffアイテム、
さらにステータスを恒常的に上昇させるパワーアップアイテム、分類不明の4種が存在する。

ライフ回復、マナ回復、Buffアイテムはそれぞれショートカットキー（H、J、B）で即座に使用することも可能。
Piggy Bank.png Piggy Bank等の拡張インベントリに入っている場合はショートカットは機能しないが、

ライフ回復を含むアイテムは使用時にデバフ効果:Debuff Potion Sickness.gif Potion Sickness (ポーション酔い)を起こす。
60秒間ライフ回復アイテムが使用できなくなるので、連続で回復することはできない。
同様に、マナ回復を含むアイテムは使用時にデバフ効果:Mana Sickness.png Mana Sickness (マナ酔い)を起こして、5秒間魔法攻撃力が低下する。

1.2.4からライフ回復のショートカットキーでの優先度が「ライフを完全に回復できる場合は回復量の少ないもの」「そうでない場合は回復量の多いもの」「同じ条件のものが複数あればインベントリの左上から」となった。
