1日ごとに(AM4:30になると)売る商品が変わりますが再出現の必要はありません。
他のNPCと異なりMAPに表示されずLifeform Analyzerも反応はありませんが、
Hunter Potionには反応し、暗所の場合緑色に光ります

full moonなどの月相はAnglerのクエスト報酬Sextantなどで表示されます
