Halloween Eventの期間中(10月10日から11月1日まで)にモンスターから確率1/80(1.25%)でドロップするアイテム。
ただし、 Meteor Headおよび各種Statueから出現したモンスターはドロップしない。

ちなみに、類似アイテムとしてChristmas Eventで入手できる Presentがある。
